Community Outreach Worker

The Community Outreach Worker for the Senior Nutrition Congregate Meals Program is responsible for developing, implementing, growing, and maintaining community outreach for the Senior Nutrition Congregate Meal Program in Contra Costa County. This person will coordinate activities with senior center staff and the county nutritionist to promote increased awareness and participation in the Senior Nutrition Congregate Meals Program and builds business relationships within Contra Costa County. Pack, set-up, break down, and repack exhibit booth furniture, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with Senior Nutrition Program to disseminate menu and information brochures at the exhibit booth. Participate in special projects with the Senior Nutrition Program, office, or independent work.
