Community Relations and Marketing Director

Manage the community’s inquiry and admissions process, providing information and tours to prospective residents and families as well as personal visits/assessments, conversations and follow-up. · Demonstrate a professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to attend meetings, make presentations and meet prospective residents or facilities outside the community. · Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources, providing updates about bed availability and new services to meet community needs. · Maintain working knowledge of Federal and State regulations, reimbursement programs (such as Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid), and assist with new employee training on these topics and the admissions process.
