· Make direct inquiry follow-up calls and document information on DI sheet · Expectations: Make 8-10 phone contacts per day (totaling 160-200 per month. · Conduct marketing tours and complete DI sheet. · Schedule appointments for tours and/or lunches and document activity on DI sheet. o Work assigned schedule that would best benefit marketing for the Community. • Possess a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills, and demonstrates the capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
