Compliance Analyst II, Advertising

This role is primarily responsible or, under moderate supervision, for providing training on and assisting in the review and approval of broadcast, print, social media advertisements, company websites, and marketing programs to ensure compliance with federal, state and government regulatory requirements as well as company policy. • Provide training to Compliance Specialist I on job tasks associated with the position as well as more complicated advertisements and/or marketing materials. • General knowledge of overall mortgage lending process; prior mortgage, lending or related industry experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required. Supervision • Job Scope: Assists in a variety of duties at the direction of more senior staff and contributes as a team member and resource to others in the unit • Complexity: Problem solving involves evaluating and selecting from established practices and standards; Decisions and actions related to the budget must be referred to the supervisor/budget manager • Impact: Decisions and actions impact the effectiveness of own team and closely related teams • Interaction/Supervision: Work is monitored under general supervision of supervisor and by following established, specific procedures described by supervisor; May act as a guide to less experienced staff in similar role and/or student employees; generally, does not have formal responsibility for overseeing others.
