We are seeking a talented individual to join our Group Benefits Compliance team. The team is part of The Hartford's Law Department and is made up of cross-functional compliance professionals supporting the core compliance functions in Group Benefits. This individual will be primarily responsible for evaluating the impact of regulatory and legislative changes on The Hartford's Group Benefits products (Life, Disability, Supp Health), validating Group Benefits advertising materials are compliant with state laws and regulations, and providing support on projects related to our Absence Management line of business. • Reviews and approves advertising collateral submitted to Compliance for review to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal best practices • Updates advertising review policies and procedure documents to reflect most current guidance to assist business partners in complying with required regulatory guidance • Maintains effective working relationships and works across functional areas to promote consistency in approach both internally and externally to achieve compliance with insurance laws and regulations • Supports strategic and tactical projects as needed related to Group Benefit’s Absence Management line of business The annualized base pay range for this role is:
