Compliance Partner - Advertising & Promotional Materials

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Regulatory Affairs Consultant-Advertising & Promotion to partner with our clients in ensuring compliance with US regulatory requirements for all promotional, marketing, educational, and social media materials. • Review and approve advertising and promotional materials, including direct-to-consumer campaigns, medical education, and social media content, while maintaining alignment with FDA regulations and company standards. • Provide strategic regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams during promotional material development, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency across markets. • Participate in promotional review committees, driving alignment with FDA regulations and company policies, and supporting product launches, campaigns, and ongoing promotional activities. • Direct experience in reviewing and approving advertising and promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
