- an associates degree or some college - excellent customer service skills - ability to work independently - ability to meet or exceed set goals This position requires - knowledge of computer repair - recommending products to purchase for resale - increasing store sales by in-store and on-line advertising - directly reporting to the store manager daily - supervising the whole refurbishing cycle of receiving, refurbishing, selling, and shipping used computers and cell phones.
