Condominium Site Manager

The ideal candidate for the position must be able to oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets, physical service, advertising, leasing and pricing. growth performance; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; must be capable of visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are met; must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties and responsibilities. The site manager must be able to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various sites. - Two to five years or more of leasing experience as well as experience in residential property management. - Must be able to work a flexible work week as required, which may include occasional traveling to assist other worksites and 2 Saturdays a month.
