Marketing and Advertising About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Digital Advertising Vice President to drive the strategic expansion of our digital advertising team, concentrating on impactful upper-funnel and brand-building initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of brand-focused campaigns across multiple digital platforms, seamlessly integrating these efforts with direct-to-donate strategies. The ideal candidate will possess : • A passion for social change • At least 6 years of experience in paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization • A background in agency, nonprofit, or political digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing • Deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising with a proven track record in top-of-funnel strategies supporting direct-response objectives • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills, with proficiency in Excel to inform strategic decisions • Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional project teams • A knack for juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere
