We get phone calls from people asking for us to perform work and your job is to hire people and get the work done. Your job description (a normal day at work if you were hired) \\- The phone rings and it is a customer talking about something they need to be fixed. When you get off the phone with the customer you will schedule your contractor or employees to complete the job then show up if needed to deal with the customer etc. We want to train someone to do what we are doing and then pay them to perform the job. The people who call us want us to come to do repairs at their house so, while sales is extremely important, you must really be good at relationships.
