This role will socialize and activate our suite of audience solutions, research, and insights programs into joint learning plans for each of our advertisers and establish... our platform as a global audience insights thought leader. Our goal is to help every advertiser on the Uber Advertising platform be smarter and more confident about their media investment on our platform as well as help move the broader industry forward in understanding insights related to trends, generation differences, and more through the unique Uber insights perspective. What You'll Do • Lead audience strategy and develop a global audience insights roadmap, developing industry thought leadership in support of the Uber Ads business • Work closely with Audience, Insights and Measurement team-mates, as well as cross-functional partners in Ad Operations, Sales, Partner Solutions, Data Science and Product to evaluate, iterate, improve and optimize audience strategies and insights • Develop a strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for audience strategy and insights for Uber ads • Educate and communicate to stakeholders and partner clients the nuances of having a complex yet impactful advertising platform comprised of multiple core surfaces in Mobility/Display and Delivery • Initiate and develop industry, platform, and category-level meta-analysis, vertical audience insights, and playbooks based upon statistically and commercially sound analytics and methodologies • Serve as the day-to-day trusted Audience Insights partner and consultant for strategic advertiser relationships Basic Qualifications: • 4+ years' experience in an advertising and/or marketing role, especially in Research, Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights, Audience Strategy and Measurement or Audience Insights, or Business Intelligence • Proficient in the advertising and/or marketing data landscape, and have a foundational understanding of the advertising ecosystem to be able to credibly speak to and about audiences, platforms and media • Understand concepts, measurement solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals of the media economy and advertising For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$120,000 per year - USD$133,500 per year.
