The Content and Marketing Manager, B2B leads the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives for commercial Spinning® bikes and Peak Pilates® equipment across email, social, web, PR, distributors, paid media support, and events. Working closely with Creative, Sales, Product, and Education, this role helps scale B2B marketing through strong planning, clear prioritization, and consistent execution within established brand systems and existing creative assets. Social Media • Own the B2B social content calendar, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms • Support product launches, promotions, events, distributor communications, and commercial storytelling through social content • Execute posting, basic asset creation in Canva • Repurpose existing assets wherever possible to support efficiency and consistency • Coordinate imagery requests from Creative, studio partners, and global distributors • Monitor performance and recommend improvements to content mix, cadence, and channel strategy based on KPI trends Content Calendar & Planning • Develop and manage a centralized B2B content calendar across email, social, web, PR, and campaigns • Align timing with sales initiatives, product launches, distributor needs, and events • Maintain visibility and alignment across Creative, Sales, and Product teams • Act as a point of alignment between Sales, Creative, and distributors to support consistency and efficiency.
