Content Creator

Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales.

In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

**What You’ll Do**

* Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
* Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
* Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
* Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

### Requirements

* Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills.
* Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
* Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).

### Benefits

Base Compensation:

You will receive a fixed payment for producing the video. The compensation structure varies based on the type of video and may be calculated as follows:

* Per hour
* Per minute of final developed video content
* Per completed video

Performance-Based Incentives

In addition to the base pay, you are eligible for performance bonuses based on the video's engagement and sales performance across platforms:

* $0.001 per view
* $0.01 per like
* $0.10 per comment, save, or share
* 10%–20% commission on each sale generated
