What You’ll Do • Build and run social strategies across multiple brands • Script, shoot, edit, and write for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X • Mix brand voice with your own creative perspective — fresh, authentic, never cookie-cutter • Publish, engage communities, manage UGC + creator collabs • Track, test, and tweak — you love experimenting with what works What You Bring • 5–8+ years running social — from strategy to analytics to hands-on creation (agency, brand, or creator side). • A deep understanding of TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts/LinkedIn — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
