We are looking for a creator who is connected to the brick-building niche, ideally someone who already builds, collects, or creates content in this world. They don’t necessarily have to be an influencer—do not need a large following. Talent > audience size. They just need to be strong at storytelling, filming, editing, and producing content. The best creator for us is someone in our target demographic who naturally relates to our audience and is ideally already a fan/consumer of our brand or similar brands.1099 contract (not full time employment).
