This role focuses on high‑quality, performance‑oriented content execution, including video, social posts, and educational assets that support the customer journey from discovery through purchase.The role blends creative storytelling with performance marketing, developing visually compelling, data‑informed content that educates consumers, builds trust, and motivates action. Working closely with Marketing, Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC), Creative, and cross‑functional partners, the Content Creator ensures content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign priorities, and measurable business outcomes.This role also supports day‑to‑day marketing operations through timely delivery of assets and execution of social media and campaign initiatives that contribute to traffic growth, lead acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchase on Success in this role is measured by engagement quality, traffic growth, and contribution to lead generation and conversion.Major Areas of Accountability Social Media & Video Content ExecutionCreate, film, edit, and publish social‑first content, including short and long‑form video, to drive engagement and traffic.Execute and maintain the social media content calendar aligned to campaign and DTC priorities.Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms using approved tools and workflows.Optimize content for platform‑specific best practices (e.g., format, aspect ratio, length).Monitor and respond to social media comments and inquiries in alignment with brand and engagement guidelines.Track and report on social content performance, including engagement and traffic metrics.Support Ambassador and Influencer initiatives through content creation and amplification.Content Creation for Education & CommerceDevelop educational content that helps consumers understand products, usage, and solutions, supporting informed purchase decisions that fit websites (SEO) and e‑commerce.Create content for vlog posts and other digital formats that reinforce product education and trust.Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.Monitor competitor and category activity to identify emerging content trends and opportunities.Campaign & Performance EnablementExecute content in support of promotional and evergreen campaigns that drive qualified traffic to Coloplast websites.Adapt and optimize content formats, creative elements, and messaging to improve engagement metrics such as click‑through rate and time on site.Support campaign launches and DTC initiatives through timely delivery of content assets.Contribute performance insights to help inform ongoing content optimization and future campaign execution.Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Med Tech Code of Conduct, and company policies.Other job duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.4+ years of hands‑on experience creating social‑first and digital content in a B2C/DTC environment.Proven experience developing and executing content across social platforms, including video, static, and educational assets.Strong understanding of digital and social best practices, with exposure to content performance metrics (engagement, click‑through, traffic).Creative development and copywriting experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign; video editing tools an asset).Comfortable working with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms) to inform content optimization.Ability to create and optimize content for Meta's platforms (Instagram,…
