Stamp is looking for an innovator, trendsetter, and forward‑thinking Content Creator to drive social strategies for our clients and our agency.This role bridges the gap between emerging digital trends and concrete business goals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our social capabilities by managing paid and organic campaigns, producing high‑quality assets, and championing cross‑department collaboration.You will be at the center of everything we create. This is a high‑energy role where you will help shape the efficiency and culture of our agency.What You Will DoCampaign Management: Build and manage organic and paid social programs for assigned clients.Content Creation: Produce engaging assets using Sprout, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining consistent brand messaging.Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and ROI using Sprout and NinjaCat for monthly client reports.Marketing R&D: Monitor and experiment with emerging social tools to scale client success.Collaboration: Work alongside the agency team to build social media marketing plans.What You BringTechnical Skills: Experience with social media and design platforms (Stamp currently uses Sprout, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite).Strategic Mindset: Ability to build social media marketing plans and interpret data to achieve goals.Execution Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and respect for budgets and timelines.Communication Skills: Comfort collaborating with internal teams and presenting to clients.Note: Previous advertising agency experience is NOT required.Benefits & PerksSalaried position (negotiable based on experience)401K with 4% salary match & Profit SharingDowntown Montgomery office location with parking providedRegular office hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday)Ready to shape the future of digital content with us?
