What You Will Do • Design end-to-end content experiences for mobile and web experiences products for both merchants and consumers • Define scalable frameworks and systems that balance user needs with evolving business goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to create cohesive, compliant, and inclusive experiences. Preferred Qualifications • Proven ability to collaborate across design, research, PM, legal, and engineering • Strong writing craft: clear, concise, user-centered content for digital interfaces • Familiarity with localization, accessibility, and content systems. • Experience designing for global products • Demonstrated systems thinking, with the ability to design frameworks that meet current user needs while scaling for future growthA self-starter who thrives on ownership of multiple product areas and drives projects from concept to launch You will also be eligible for various benefits.
