Local Staging company that offers a boutique staging and design service with an operating furniture and accessories warehouse in Burien. We are looking to expand our reach on social media and direct our services to local real estate agencies in the Seattle / Eastside area, increasing our customer base. We are looking for a part-time marketer and content creator with a background in design to manage our online presence, collect + produce content and actively call brokerages to advertise our services. This is a hybrid location role as we will need content collected at our staging locations for before + after images, video walkthroughs and any other marketable content. Must Haves: A reliable form of transportation Confidence and ability to articulate on the phone Understanding of social media platforms, tools, and progress tracking Entrepreneurial drive to create and execute marketing strategies Dedicated 10-15 hours per week producing content & calling agent offices Preferred: Currently enrolled or completed college undergraduate degree in similar field Part-Time pay 18-20hr DOE
