We care about quality of thinking and output, not whether someone insists on doing everything the long way round.What You’ll DoWrite, edit, and adapt content for a range of marketing needs, including Linked In, blogs, web copy, campaign assets, email copy, customer stories, and internal draftsTurn rough notes, interviews, briefings, or source material into clear and engaging written contentSupport the development of campaign messaging and content across launches, reports, events, and always-on marketing activityDraft organic social content, especially for Linked In, in line with company messaging and tone of voiceHelp maintain content plans and keep work moving across multiple projectsWork with internal stakeholders to extract information, shape ideas, and improve the clarity of what we put into marketSupport editing, proofreading, and quality control across content and communicationsUse AI tools where helpful to accelerate drafting, summarising, research, or content development, while applying sound judgment and editorial oversightTrack basic content and social performance and contribute ideas for improvementIn this role, success means:Producing clear, strong written content that improves the quality of our marketing outputHelping the team move faster by turning rough thinking into finished draftsContributing to a more consistent and effective Linked In presenceBecoming a reliable go-to person for writing, editing, and content support across the teamWho You AreLikely 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, journalism, PR, or a related fieldExperience in B2B, SaaS, tech, cybersecurity, or agency environments would be useful, but is not essentialExperience writing Linked In content for a company or senior leadersExperience with blog writing, email copy, web content, or campaign contentFamiliarity with content management systems, Hub Spot, Web Flow, GA4, or social scheduling toolsExperience interviewing subject matter experts and turning conversations into usable copyStrong writing and editing skillsClear judgment on tone, structure, and what makes content worth readingAbility to write for different formats and audiences without sounding generic or overblownComfortable working from imperfect inputs and shaping them into something clear and usefulO…
