Content Marketing & Growth Intern
Location: Baton Rouge, LA / Remote / HybridSchedule: 10-15 hours per week (flexible)Compensation: $15-$20/hour + Performance Incentives
About The Opportunity
This is not a traditional internship. We're looking for someone who already has content creation skills and wants to learn how to leverage those to help organizations grow, expand their impact, and connect more people with services and support.
We are HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Counseling Group, helping children, adults, couples, and families access quality mental health care.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Distribution: Create/edit short-form videos, design/publish social media content, repurpose educational content, assist with content calendars, research trends, create educational/trust-building content.Marketing & Growth: Assist with awareness/outreach campaigns, support lead generation and client acquisition, increase community awareness, research marketing strategies, contribute to brand growth.Community Engagement & Outreach: Assist with outreach initiatives, identify partnership opportunities, support relationship-building with community organizations, assist with mental health awareness campaigns.AI & Innovation: Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, develop systems/workflows, explore emerging technologies.
