Content Marketing Manager - Digital & Social

SF New Deal is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Digital & Social to manage the content & creative development, production and execution of brand assets that engage the community, donors and influencers across multiple platforms. * Work with broader Leadership, Development and Operations teams to develop content strategies to promote organizational news, fundraising goals, momentum, needs and other key initiatives across all channels Manage paid social campaigns from setup, execution, optimization and reporting \- Blog: Execution of SF New Deal’s blog, identifying story opportunities, curation of blog content from executives and development of social media strategies to drive blog audience \- Email: Execution of SF New Deal’s email marketing campaigns, including curating and generating timely and relevant content for weekly community newsletters \- Digital: Work with partners to optimize and create content for paid media placements (Google Ads) * Competent in campaign planning and recommending strategies * Strong project management skills; ability to balance multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize workload * Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members * Flexible and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines * Relentlessly resourceful with a strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done The Ideal Candidate, * Has a basic understanding of all digital media disciplines and how different channels work together in a campaign * Keen understanding of campaign metrics to set best practices and continuously improve campaigns, brand awareness and overall engagement and conversion * Solid content development and management experience, including the ability to optimize all forms of digital collateral to achieve strategic objectives and establish a competitive edge * Experience with Figma, Notion, and/or Airtable
