We believe every employee’s skills, experience and perspective are of value in driving our company forward! * Works with Director of Marketing Communications and agencies to create a digital brand communications strategy and content plan, including blogging, social media, sponsored content, web content and digital ad messaging * Develops and produces high-quality, informative, and interesting content, including thought leadership editorial, contributed articles, press releases, blog posts, videos, presentations and other related materials for websites, blogs, social media channels, industry publications and other third-party channels * Develops content strategies to support current products, product and service launches, programs, promotions and brands * Ensures implementation of marketing strategies in line with goals for products or services * Conceptualizes and collaborates on sales enablement content including presentations, collateral copy, product and service descriptions, product comparisons and other sales tools * Organizes and maintains a schedule of deliverables and ensure all deadlines are met. Develops ideas for compelling content that adhere to required branding and style guidelines * Responsible for managing and updating website content * Manages company newsletter scheduling, content and distribution * Plans and implements publicity initiatives, campaigns, and content calendars to support marketing strategies and programs * Engages with industry thought-leaders to build long-standing relationships and identify opportunities with content contribution, share-ability, and link-building * Analyzes online statistics and helps identify the best practice to optimize online marketing performance * Designs methodologies used to analyze content consumption data and to define content needs * Routinely monitor competitive landscape along with industry trends to identify editorial opportunities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and content creation skills * Short-form writing experience: Promotional emails, blog posts, social * Long-form writing experience: White Papers, ebooks, Research * Experience developing new strategies and managing content for digital marketing and social media channels * Advanced knowledge of tools utilized to create deliverable content as well as Content Management and Content Distribution Systems * Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Advanced knowledge of Industry Best Practices and Trends * Confident presentation skills and attention to detail * Leadership skills, emotional intelligence, integrity, fairness and business acumen * Excellent client relations skills * Ability to work in high pressure situations
