This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and driving public-facing brand presence across all markets. This position requires initiative, operational discipline, and the ability to pivot fast in a rapidly growing healthcare environment. Core Responsibilities: • Launch and manage Facebook and Instagram pages for new clinic locations • Create, schedule, and optimize paid and organic posts across FB and IG based on platform algorithm trends • Develop and manage an ongoing content calendar with location-specific messaging • Create and run targeted digital ad campaigns focused on patient acquisition and community engagement • Travel to clinic locations across Oklahoma for grand openings, annual photo shoots, and on-demand content capture • Coordinate and lead provider and staff photography sessions for brand consistency • Attend strategic planning meetings (virtual & in-person) • Adjust campaign strategy rapidly as new services, products, or initiatives launch • Track and report performance analytics tied to patient acquisition and campaign ROI • Maintain consistent Triad branding across all digital channels Compensation: Starting salary $52,000 annually, with opportunity for structured increases tied to performance, marketing ROI, and growth milestones across clinic locations.
