Content Marketing Specialist

McConnell Marketing is hiring! We’re looking for a part-time Content Marketing Specialist to join our team of hospitality and tourism marketing experts. Founded in 1991, McConnell Marketing partners with hotels, destinations, and local businesses to build lasting connections through storytelling, design, and measurable digital strategies. As a boutique agency, we take pride in work that’s effective, on-budget, on-time, and created through a collaborative, respectful (and even fun) process. This position will support both our agency and client work through a mix of: • Content writing across digital platforms • Social media planning and management (including Meta platforms) • Collaboration with team members on campaigns and projects • Helping bring each client’s unique voice to life
