What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice, structure, and messaging for different formats and channels (from short-form ads and social posts to long-form web pages and articles).5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.A passion for storytelling and an innate curiosity — always asking “What could make this even better?”Comfort writing for and tailoring messages to multiple audiences (e.g., camps, campgrounds, municipalities, attractions) while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Experience with marketing automation tools (SugarMarket preferred) and CMS platforms (WordPress experience a plus).Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Creative problem-solver with strong project management and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
