Content Marketing Specialist

PA Office Location Flexibility - within FCCB regionsContent Creation and Management – Craft compelling narratives that connect the bank’s campaigns and services, community impact and initiatives, and stories of service excellence for various channels, including the website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. Support the planning and execution of community events and sponsor ships to maximize community visibility and team engagement. Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar for all communication channels, including social media. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.RequirementsProven ability to create compelling narratives for a variety of digital and print channels, including social media, blogs, websites, and marketing materials.Strong skills in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics (KPIs) and using data to make actionable, strategic recommendations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software, including digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to effectively use general office equipment.Willingness to travel to various offices and meetings throughout the FCCB footprint.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, content creation, or public relations role, preferably within the financial services industry.Experience with social media management platforms, content management systems (CMS), and applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.Experience in planning, executing, and documenting community events and sponsor ships to enhance brand visibility.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
