Content Marketing Specialist

**Position Summary**

The Content Creator is responsible for creating and executing engaging, multi-channel content across NexCore Group and Experience Senior Living.

This hands-on role brings company stories, projects, people, and priorities to life across social media, email, web, PR, video, internal communications, and other marketing channels. The Content Creator works closely with Marketing and teams across the organization to develop high-quality content that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Execution**

* Create compelling content aligned with NexCore and Experience Senior Living marketing priorities
* Produce content from concept through writing, editing, publishing, and distribution
* Turn project milestones, business wins, culture stories, recruiting initiatives, and company news into engaging content
* Repurpose stories across channels and formats to maximize reach
* Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and quality
* Use AI and emerging tools to support research, ideation, content development, repurposing, and production efficiency

**Social Media & Executive Content**

* Create, schedule, and publish organic social content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
* Develop executive thought leadership and social content
* Identify and capture opportunities for timely company, project, and employee storytelling
* Monitor content performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement

**Content Production & Campaigns**

* Create content across social media, email, web, blogs, case studies, newsletters, marketing collateral, video, and multimedia
* Write scripts, interview questions, campaign copy, messaging, and creative briefs
* Support internal and external marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Partner with design, digital, paid media, PR, and external resources to bring content to life
* Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and business objectives

**PR & Communications**

* Draft press releases, announcements, contributed articles, and other communications
* Support PR initiatives, awards, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition
* Create internal communications supporting company initiatives, culture, employee engagement, recruiting, and employer brand
* Partner with People & Culture and leadership to develop employee and executive communications

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

* Work with Development, Capital Markets, Operations, Sales, People & Culture, and other teams to uncover stories and content opportunities
* Interview subject matter experts and company leaders to develop authentic content
* Support ESL community marketing with scalable, reusable content
* Manage assigned content deadlines, approvals, and deliverables

**Performance & Optimization**

* Track engagement, reach, traffic, and other content performance metrics
* Use performance insights to improve future content
* Identify opportunities to repurpose high-performing content across additional channels

**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**

* 2-4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
* Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills
* Experience creating content across social, email, web, long-form, video, and campaign channels
* Strong understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn
* Comfortable interviewing executives and subject matter experts
* Experience using AI tools to support content creation and production
* Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Experience in real estate, healthcare, senior living, or multi-location environments preferred

* Brings strong creative ideas while remaining a hands-on producer

**Benefits**  

* Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
* Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
