About Us

SELECT PDR is a San Antonio paintless dent and hail repair company. We help vehicle owners understand the hail repair process, document damage, and get quality repairs done by experienced technicians.

We're looking for a hands-on contractor who can turn our real customer results, repair process and expertise into consistent content and qualified leads.

What You'll Do

Film content on location in San Antonio

Plan and produce short-form videos for Instagram and Facebook

Create 12-20 usable videos per month

Capture vehicle transformations, customer testimonials, educational clips and behind-the-scenes repair content

Edit videos or coordinate editing efficiently

Publish content consistently

Find the organic content that performs and turn it into paid Meta ads

Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

Track cost per qualified lead, booked inspections, show rate, closed jobs and collected revenue

Send a simple weekly performance report

The goal isn't followers. The goal is qualified vehicle owners booking inspections, and completed jobs that produce profitable cash flow. Content should document what we already do and turn it into repeatable marketing.

You're a Fit If You

Have short-form video and paid ads that produced measurable business results

Can work independently without constant direction

Understand hooks, offers, calls to action and direct-response marketing

Are comfortable filming around vehicles and customers

Can show numbers, not just views

Move quickly and communicate clearly

Live in or near San Antonio and can film on location

Compensation

30-day paid trial: $2,000 - $3,500, based on experience and scope

Ad budget is separate (about $1,000 - $1,500 for the trial)

An ongoing monthly contract is possible if the work produces qualified leads and profitable jobs

A performance bonus based on collected revenue may be added after the trial

All footage and creative produced belongs to SELECT PDR
