Content & Social Media Coordinator

The Marketing Element is looking for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to support our growing roster of client accounts. This position is a true hybrid of content creation, social media management, and client support. This is a starting role with room to grow in responsibilities, title, and pay based on performance, strengths, and goals. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred (agency experience a plus, not required) Comfortable using: iPhone for photo/video content CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools Canva or similar basic graphic design tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required for client communication Outgoing, proactive, and confident working with clients Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally Strong initiative, positive attitude, and desire to grow within a creative agency Growth includes expanded responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and increased pay.
