You follow what's happening in markets and tech, you have a sense for what performs on social, and you can write clearly without a lot of hand-holding.You'll own our content calendar and social presence, working directly with the Head of Marketing. The content side of the business is early, which means you'll be building, not inheriting a finished system.What You'll DoPost consistently across Linked In, Instagram, and X, with content tied to what's happening in private markets and investingWrite the weekly email newsletter, blog posts, and company spotlights. Investor-facing content goes through a compliance review before it goes live (turnaround is typically 3-5 business days, so planning ahead is part of the job)Create graphics and short-form visuals for socialWrite and publish SEO pages in our CMS (Word Press or Ghost)Track performance and adjust based on what's workingWhat We're Looking For1-3 years in a content or social media role where you owned a channel, not just contributed to oneA Linked In, Instagram, or Tik Tok presence you're comfortable sharingClean, direct writing — no filler, no corporate languageGenuine interest in startups, investing, or private markets. You don't need a finance background but you need to care about the subject matterReliable with deadlines and self-directed in day-to-day workNice to HaveMandarin language skill is a plus, since we serve a multilingual investor baseExperiences in fintech, financial services, or financial mediaShort-form video or Reels experienceFamiliarity with Hub Spot, Word Press, or Ghost
