Position: Content & Social Media Specialist (Contract) 215 Marketing is seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to support ongoing social media content creation across multiple brands. This role is responsible for developing engaging social media content, creating visual assets, and helping brands maintain a consistent and impactful online presence.This position plays a key role in developing and executing social media content strategies by creating graphics, short-form videos, captions, and other digital assets across various platforms.The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in producing high-quality social media content. They should be comfortable managing multiple brands, staying current with social media trends, and creating content that aligns with each brand’s voice and goals.This is a hands-on content creation role focused on producing consistent, engaging social media content. Success in this role is measured by the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of content produced across client accounts.2+ years of experience creating social media content for brands or businessesExperience creating social media graphics using Canva and/or similar toolsExperience producing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, or You Tube ShortsStrong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific content strategiesExperience managing content calendars and scheduling social postsFamiliarity with platforms such as Hub Spot, Meta Business Suite, Linked In, or similar toolsExperience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Hub Spot AI, etc.) to support content creation workflowsAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and brand guidelines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teamsPreferred / Bonus Skills:Experience writing blog content or website copyFamiliarity with SEO best practices and AI-assisted search (AEO)Experience publishing and managing content through Word PressPosition Overview:215 Marketing is seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to support ongoing social media content creation across multiple brands.
