Content Specialist / Marketing Lead

The Content Specialist / Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for driving Delta Media Group’s content and marketing efforts while also overseeing and contributing to client-facing content, including blogs and website materials. Content Strategy & Creation • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing services, and business goals • Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including: • Website and landing pages • Blogs, SEO content, and thought leadership • Email campaigns and marketing automation content • Sales collateral, case studies, and product messaging • Product announcements and feature releases • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, editing, and content production • Simplify complex technical and marketing concepts for real estate brokerages and agents Preferred Qualifications • Experience in real estate technology, marketing services for real estate professionals • Familiarity with CMS platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms • Leadership experience or comfort managing projects, or junior team members This is to ensure mutual confidentiality and protect sensitive information during the hiring process
