Let’s create captivating content—one word at a time!RequirementsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWrite clear, compelling, and engaging content across multiple digital channels for local, regional, and national brandsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve creative goals and develop key deliverables for client and internal projects, including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and brand style guidesResearch, write, and optimize blog posts that attract and engage readers while supporting SEO objectivesTake a pivotal role in new website projects, organizing sitemap structures, delivering website copy, and working closely with graphic designers and developersCreate captivating social media content, including captions, hashtags, and multimedia copy, to increase follower engagement and brand visibilityDevelop brand messages (taglines, slogans, etc.) that speak to clients’ value propositions in a creative and fresh wayActively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and unique campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagementStay updated on content trends, social media developments, and digital marketing best practicesAdapt writing style and tone to match diverse brand voices and campaign needsEnsure all content is delivered on time, adhering to project deadlines and editorial calendarsPrioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standardsProofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publicationMonitor content performance and refine strategies based on analytics and feedbackSkills & QualificationsA digital-first mindset and strong understanding of the modern consumer landscape, especially social media, video, mobile web, and advertising channelsAdvanced writing and editing skillsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, keyword research tools (like SEMrush), email platforms (Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, etc.)
