Contract Digital Marketing Manager for Social Good

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating on everything from strategy to tactical execution of creative content and campaigns that support initiatives and causes to transform communities and our world. Due to COVID-19, this is primarily a remote position, with the option to work from our office in downtown Seattle. Responsibilities vary based on skills and interests, but are likely to include: Lead, guide, and support clients and internal colleagues by strategizing digital communications content and distribution strategies and tactics across multiple channels (i.e. social media, email, websites, paid digital advertising, and more) on deadline and on budget Lead the development and distribution of content across digital channels, specifically: Social media (content development and planning, publishing, community management and monitoring, etc.) Monitor and prepare evaluation reports based on identified key performance indicators for short and long-term campaign activations YOU MAY HAVE… Some of the skills and experience that would help a person be more successful in this role, include: 2-4+ years of experience working on social media management, content marketing, communications planning and management, and/or digital content creation Experience and familiarity with content writing and development for various social media and email marketing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, MailChimp, etc.) Experience that we are looking for includes but is not limited to: Experience working with non-profits, whether as a volunteer, employee, or board member, and/or familiarity working with clients with modest budgets Experience working in a dynamic agency environment, or in an environment where you provided counsel or advising to stakeholders PHYSICAL DEMANDS This job can involve long hours sitting (or standing) at a desk, and using a computer.
