Role Description

The Contract Fulfillment Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days home and 3 days in the office) based in Minneapolis, MN supporting advertising at the MSP Airport. This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) that pays $30 - $32 per hour. This role coordinates the execution of advertising contracts for the MSP Airport, ensuring that inventory is correctly reserved, scheduled, and posted in accordance with client agreements. Daily tasks include reviewing contracts and orders, updating internal systems with accurate inventory and scheduling data, preparing posting instructions, and monitoring campaign start and end dates. The coordinator works closely with sales, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies, confirm availability, and support timely installation and removal of advertising displays. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders about contract status, maintaining organized records, and generating basic reports to track contract fulfillment and performance.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and convey contract details clearly.Customer service skills to support sales staff and respond professionally to client-related inquiries.Analytical skills to review contracts, verify inventory data, and identify discrepancies or scheduling conflicts.Inventory management skills to track advertising space, update systems, and maintain accurate availability records.Organization skills to manage multiple contracts, meet deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, email) and ability to learn Lamar-specific systems.Attention to detail and reliability in handling data and following established processes.Previous experience in coordination, administration, or advertising operations is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
