This role coordinates the execution of advertising contracts for the MSP Airport, ensuring that inventory is correctly reserved, scheduled, and posted in accordance with client agreements. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and convey contract details clearly.Customer service skills to support sales staff and respond professionally to client-related inquiries.Analytical skills to review contracts, verify inventory data, and identify discrepancies or scheduling conflicts.Inventory management skills to track advertising space, update systems, and maintain accurate availability records.Organization skills to manage multiple contracts, meet deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, email) and ability to learn Lamar-specific systems.Attention to detail and reliability in handling data and following established processes.Previous experience in coordination, administration, or advertising operations is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
