Contractor - Email Marketing Designer

You'll partner closely with our internal teams to modernize our email program, beginning with a complete refresh of our existing templates before supporting ongoing campaign design. Initial design exercise as part of the selection process 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension Phase 1: Redesign approximately 15 existing email templates over a 2–3 week period Phase 2: Ongoing support designing 1–2 marketing emails per week What you'll do: Redesign and modernize MNTN's library of email templates in Figma with a focus on performance, usability, and brand consistency. We're specifically evaluating candidates with deep experience designing marketing emails and are not considering portfolios focused primarily on web, brand, or product design. MNTN Performance TV has redefined what it means to advertise on television, transforming Connected TV into a direct-response, performance marketing channel.
