About the Position This Digital Sales and Campaign Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Nexstar Broadcasting. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for coordinating digital advertising campaigns, preparing campaign forms and reports, and assisting with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions, and special projects. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns • Prepare campaign forms and reports • Assist with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions, and special projects • Assist general sales manager with duties as assigned • Assist sales team with linear reporting, order entry, and coordination Requirements • BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred • 1-2 years working in a digital marketing support role • Foundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM, OTT, Display, Digital Video, and Social Media Marketing • Resourceful, self-motivated, and skilled multi-tasker • Effective communication and client presentation skills • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus
