Develops analytic and reporting methods to measure performance of social media strategies; monitors social media listening tools in coordination with co-workers; manages takeover strategies of college and department social media strategies. Stays up to date with social media and digital marketing trends and implements new platforms into college marketing strategies. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of the College of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences and Education programs and the ability to articulate their value to prospective students.
