OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. This position will support multiple Project Managers with the execution of Disney’s digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities Include • Support Project Managers in preparing assets and creative for launch • Maintain organization of assets on server (logos, fonts, film stills, PSDs) • Download and route creative (videos, banners) to publishers according to varying project timelines • QA creative and functionality of digital ads • Schedule internal and external meetings • Serve as primary contact for the day-to-day execution of smaller budget campaigns • Compile and communicate creative needs and deadlines for the Disney Marketing Team and Creative Agency • Route asset packs and creative direction to media partners creating custom ads • Provide clear tagging instructions to internal AdOps team for proper data collection • Maintain shared docs to ensure Creative Management has record of the most recent specs, nuances and partner contact info • Attend internal creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for integrated ad campaigns This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
