What You Bring to the Team • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing copier equipment. (Sharp brand copier equipment repair is appreciated, but we highly value relevant experience and the aptitude to learn) • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving • Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to the larger support team • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients • Familiarity with networking and internet protocols is a plus • Valid driver's license and clean driving record – You'll be servicing customers onsite • A degree from a technical or vocational school is a plus but not required Your expertise ensures that clients experience minimal downtime, enhancing their operations and strengthening AD Solutions’ reputation as a trusted technology partner.
