This role requires high-level writing skills, adaptability, and the ability to craft copy that resonates across different audiences. You will be responsible for developing and refining brand voice across organic and paid content, ensuring that every post, caption, or ad aligns with the brand’s objectives while remaining engaging and on-trend.A key part of this role is the ability to work efficiently will be comfortable using modern content and writing tools as part of your workflow to assist with drafting, ideation, and production, with the understanding that all copy is reviewed, refined, and humanized to meet our agency’s editorial standards and each client’s individual voice. Speed and quality are not competing priorities here; the expectation is both.You must have a strong grasp of regional language nuances, spelling variations, and cultural distinctions to ensure content feels authentic to each audience. This is not a one-size-fits-all writing role; each brand has a distinct tone, and you must be adept at switching styles accordingly.Key Responsibilities Lead the copywriting efforts for social media (organic and paid), ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned storytelling across a broad client portfolio.Write and edit compelling, concise, and strategic copy for social media platforms, websites, pitch decks, email campaigns, and marketing materials.Use digital writing and content tools as part of your production workflow, applying strong editorial judgment to ensure all output is polished, original in voice, and brand-accurate before delivery.Adapt tone, voice, and messaging to match the brand identity of different clients, shifting seamlessly between luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and other industries.Collaborate with creative and account teams to craft copy that enhances visual storytelling.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.Proofread, refine, and optimize content for clarity, engagement, and consistency.Ensure copy is tailored for regional and cultural differences across our international client base.Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven copywriting experience within a creative agency or digital marketing environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional social media and marketing copy across luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
