Creative Circle
Our agency client is hiring a social media focused Copywriter who can also take on other advertising writing tasks such as headlines, emails and brand guides. This role starts ASAP!
We are seeking talent in Cincinnati and surrounding areas because although this role will start out remote and project-based (hours per week will vary), the plan is to scale it to 40-hours a week and convert this person to full-time, at which point the position becomes hybrid.
While this role will initially focus on content execution, as it scales up this person will be a part of strategy development, therefore, the agency is hoping to get someone mid to senior level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Support social-forward copy needs for various clients including one long-standing client and a new corporate client.
• Write UGC-style, socially fluent short form content for Facebook and Instagram, including captions and scripts to hand off to on-camera talent.
• Shift brand messaging from traditional copy to more current, socially aware copy (i.e. voice can fluctuate between a gen z style to a more neutral voice based on post).
• Contribute to additional short form writing needs including email content, prep materials, internal documents, brand guideline headlines, and other one off pieces.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Strong experience writing social-first, UGC-style content that feels native to Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to craft copy that reflects social trends.
• Experience producing scripts, captions, and other short form social content.
• Versatility to handle additional ad writing beyond social.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
