Key Responsibilities: • Market and Sell Advertising Solutions: Effectively market and sell comprehensive advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and advertising agencies • Assess Client Needs: Utilize the sales process to thoroughly assess client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions that yield strong returns on investment • Provide Digital Marketing Services: Facilitate clients' ability to leverage our extensive array of digital marketing options • Secure Appointments and Drive Sales: Independently secure appointments, perform thorough needs analysis, develop targeted solutions, present, and close sales to grow new business • Negotiate Program Ratings and Ad Rates: Employ data-driven insights, qualitative information, and market trends to negotiate optimal program ratings and advertising rates • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Serve as a trusted advisor with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, growing accounts, and gaining referrals • Execute Client Services: Provide client services, including media availability negotiations, presentation preparation, copywriting, and revenue collection • Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage your sales pipeline using CRM systems, monitoring, and achieving key performance indicators • Contribute to Creative Campaign Development: Contribute to creative campaign development through collaborative communication, storyboard creation, and production assistance • Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, including entertaining prospective and existing clients Requirements: • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience • Experience: Typically 2+ years of proven sales success is preferred • Driving Requirement: Driving required.
