Corporate Counsel – Technology Company (Contract)

Global technology company is seeking a corporate/commercial contracts generalist with a wide range of experience in commercial contracts to support its legal team on a remote, contract/temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a group of talented and collegial professionals! Responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, tech-related agreements, marketing, advertising, promotions, sponsorship, IP, licensing, data privacy, vendor agreements, employee benefits, etc. For consideration, candidates should have strong academic credentials and a minimum of 5 years of broad experience in corporate transactional and commercial/in-house agreements. Some experience as a large law firm corporate associate is strongly preferred.
