Desired • 4+ years of marketing analytics and / or marketing mix experience • 4+ years of programmatic and digital marketing experience • Any CPG or Retail experience • Lead oversight of media strategy development, execution and reporting across the Enterprise to ensure alignment to Kroger marketing strategy, business goals and customers • Responsible for media mix modeling and optimization across all paid media channels, in partnership with the agency, to determine ad spending and drive the greatest return on investment for divisional, Enterprise and lines of business budgets • Steward the paid media investments through the budget planning and forecast process by adhering to financial processes by line of business, division and enterprise on a period, quarterly and annual basis with leadership and key stakeholders • Provide guidance and oversight of division-specific nuances and media activations by agency • Integrate media communication and coordination across teams to drive efficiencies • Provide and socialize ongoing reporting across teams and stakeholders • Demonstrate strategic agility, pivoting quickly to meet business needs • Make proactive decisions when there is not a record of success or historical precedence • Demonstrate critical and adaptive thinking, keeping the customer at the center of all media strategies • Develop media presentations to relevant stakeholders, leadership, teams, etc.
