Learn more at As a member of the corporate marketing team, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing brand amplification and lead generation strategies encompassing owned, earned, and paid media channels. The primary responsibility of this role will be to significantly enhance the visibility of our brand positioning, value proposition, Dynasty team, and range of services, with an emphasis on leveraging social media platforms, earned media and search amongst other channels to propel the ongoing success of the Dynasty brand. Successful Candidates will have: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, media planning or marketing/media agency • This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, to monitor and engage with social media communities in real-time and capitalize on peak engagement periods • Experience managing social media – editorial calendar, content creation, image design and analytics • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, Twitter (X) Ads) and experience in creating and managing paid social campaigns to amplify brand reach and engagement • Proven track record of generating creative ideas and campaigns that drive engagement, increase followership, and enhance brand visibility on paid, owned and earned channels • Familiarity with various marketing technology platforms, including Sprout Social, , Linked In, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Unbounce, etc.
