CORPORATE RECRUITER

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for Director and below, exempt and non-exempt positions for The Children’s Place. This role will focus on creative and product focused positions within Sourcing, Design, Merchandising and Creative & Digital Marketing. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Manage full cycle recruitment process for Director and below positions for The Children’s Place corporate office Build relationships and partner with hiring managers to obtain an overall  understanding of their current and potential open positions Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract and identify qualified applicants through a variety of sources (e.g. targeted outreach, employee referrals, networking, professional organizations) Support hiring of Summer Interns by attending onsite and virtual Campus Recruiting Fairs Partner with Recruiting Director and Compensation Director to identify appropriate compensation packages for candidates Complete references, background checks and onboarding of new hires Provide weekly recruitment status to hiring manager and senior leadership Manage temporary worker process with 3rd party vendor Education and Experience: 5 to 8  years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment Retail or Fashion industry experience is required 3+ years of experience recruiting for apparel Design positions Bachelor’s degree Skills and Behaviors: Must have demonstrated skills in developing internal customer relationships while managing expectations Knowledge of apparel brands Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple positions High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and attract talent Experience using Workday and the Recruit to Hire module is preferred
