Lazer Broadcasting Corporation is looking for a highly-motivated, creative and client-focused professional to assist the Sales department. This position will support a staff that includes sales to mid level management. Moreover, this position will provide insight into sales and may lead to an Account Executive or managerial position. Some Responsibilities Include: * Prepare and review contracts * Create and update PowerPoint presentations for various projects * Assist in preparing media kits, advertising proposals, production orders, etc. * Maintain filing systems * Manage expense, A/R reporting * Work as the liaison between Traffic, Production and Sales department * Create reports for the Sales Team * Lead support to Sales Assistants and marketing efforts Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a business related field is preferred * Energetic self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to manage, multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment * 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required * 2+ years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred * Excellent proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Gmail * Disciplined and detail-oriented * Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills * Flexible with ability to adjust to changing priorities * Must be bilingual in English and Spanish We are an equal opportunity employer.
