About Cosi-Care Cosi Care is a fast-growing, mission-led medical device and skincare brand supporting people living with chronic itch and skin conditions such as eczema. This is not a “set up ads and report” role. ✨ What you’ll be doingWe are hiring an exceptionally experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager to own, evolve, and scale our paid media strategy across the US and UK.You will act as the paid growth authority within the business — shaping strategy, building robust testing frameworks, deeply analyzing performance, and guiding content creation strategy for paid media.You will work closely with the founder, creative team, and wider marketing function, and be expected to challenge assumptions, raise the bar, and bring elite-level performance thinking into the business. 🔎 What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)Experience managing high-spend Meta and Google Ads accounts, ideally in DTC / e-commerce.Demonstrated ability to scale performance profitably, not just drive top-line revenue.Extremely strong analytical skills — you are comfortable living in the data.Proven experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.Deep understanding of:Attribution challengesCreative-led growthPaid media as part of a wider growth ecosystemConfident, opinionated, and commercially minded — able to explain why something is or isn’t working. CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $55,000 – $95,000 per year.
